Appreciation Suggestions for SLF Contributors

I have been thinking along with the rest of the staff as to how we should recognize the efforts of the major contributors of the forum

After all, if it weren't for the contributors, there won't be a forum. Hell, it wouldn't even exist. It's you the contributors that keep the forum running, that keep people coming back, and make them hunger for more, that makes SLF the awesome and successful forum it is today.

You as a prominent contributor have made a difference to this forum

Thus, we would like some suggestions/feedback from you people as to recognize the efforts of contributors. The "Thanks" rating was one such medium, but I reckon we can do more for you guys :full:

At the moment, what's being planned is a dedicated thread to you all in The Lobby

So keep those suggestions coming in ya

to me it just seems right that the BB Video Torrents forum

deserves to be renamed after the one person who without a doubt

makes that forum what it is, and it is mighty good, the guy tirelessly posts

torrent after torrent often not even getting a single thank you, yet he never

fails to keep us supplied with some of the best torrents there are out there.

I have been a member for quite awhile and I have nothing but respect to those contributors who made all the high quality AV and gravure IV downloads possible. Kudos especially to Ryuuga, Arragon, Drilla19, ehreek, etc. and all those who contributed all so often that I am not able to list everyone...

Just a thought. How about having a 'Hall of Fame' thread and the first post shall only consist of the names of those SLF contributors whom we want to give our appreciation and thanks to? And rest of the members will just reply to the thread by posting comments by saying why how and why they are giving thanks. Eg. xxx contributor has uploaded a rare video of bunko kanazawa in thread xxxx.

Another thought. Are we able to create a banner at the top of the forum to pay tribute to SLF contributors by listing their nicks? Or course no rankings because they do not really matter.

Hope that's not too much to digress for my 200th post :evillaugh:

I believe we actually had a Hall of Fame before that was enacted by a former mod - GenesisOne.

It was way before I became a regular for this forum, so I might need some input from the forum members on that suggestion marcklew:full:

The Hall of Fame from GenesisOne was an organized listing of contributors in Downloadable Goodies. It's obsolete and useless with the way the forum is now; too many threads. It never served much purpose past being his signature anyway.

How about a Contributor user status as a progression from Member status (but manually assigned by admin/mods), perhaps accompanied by a different colour for their user nic (as opposed to red and green). Or how about the right to use a specially designed signature pic declaring their supreme superiority :evillaugh:

:distressed:As I was In the toilet...wondering about the future and all...I too stumble upon the idea of giving out appreciation to SLF posters...some are good some are bad...some are useless...some are THAT DARN GOOD....some are rude...some are polite....some are Irritating...some are HOT!!

Well...nonetheless...some of us here are very DEDICATED to this forum...I mean...UPLOAD VIDOES,POSTING PICTURES,SEARCHING FOR AN INTERESTING MATTER TO DISCUSS,ETC...well just like LORD MODERATOR ehreek said and here I "QUOTE":

Soo to be true, (What The?!?)...here's a bit of a list OF SUGGESTIONS on on what to do or give to show those appreciation...

1. Members Appreciation Day
-Lucky Draw (LORD SCANLOVER CAN GIVE OUT THOSE VIDMAX CREDITS)
-Contest (as usual,the banner or sig contest...)
-Some Free Downloads
-Well...GO FIGURE!!

2. BETTER RANKING SYSTEM
-Not That I'm complaining,but...it's rather blurry on the edges....

3. SLF MEMBERS GATHERING?!?
-IF THIS IS POSSIBLE....hehehe....i'm must be kidding myself...

4. RECOGNITION
-AWARDS...it's given...but I think It's better to have some banner,or
official Signature,or even OWN NAME TITLE!!I mean in the below the
username title bar....

If this post IS a nuisance...Just ignore it...ooOoooo GREAT SLF LORDS....hehehe...It's just me....

ALL in ALL,the judgment and verdict are all up to the Lords...I am just a regular poster here...hehehe....CHEERS DUDES!!

Hi ignoreme,

I rather like your thoughts that you have published. Believe it or not, a lot of the good ideas that have gone through the mill in all walks of life have always been thought about when someone was sitting on the throne. Inventions, improvements Etc.

I would say that someone should not nominate themselves for a possible "rank change" but should be nominated by other members. Hence, a true contributor is noticed by the forum community...and not just vouching for themselves.

Question: Is there a section in the forum for only Asian American girls ? Also I'll add non porn star Asian American girls...I think there needs to be a section for this ! :love:
