anyways, gillian chung, bobo, and cecilia cheung got their pics uploaded in hk and people are snatching them (download) as fast as they're being shut down, removed

the pics are their sex photos with edison chen, so fans and wet dream kids are very happy about this

the hk police and the forum administrators are very anxious about this and are working on it
i saw the pictures myself, but they never last long, because they'll be removed, shut down, etc, from the forums

anyways, and now it's said that the hk cops are tracking the original uploader and looking for him
and because the pics were already sent to users outside of hk, it's overseas issue as well, and interpol is stepping in to assist hk police

anyways..this meant they'll track uploaders outside of hk jurisdiction.. so there might be a chance where they root the uploaders overseas, then contact the local authorities and may take appropiate action...

this probably means SLF and anywhere else too

and because i guess most of us think it's more embarrassing to have cops visiting us about porn issues than drink and drive or homicide... i urge everyone not to upload them on slf

i suppose none of us want our ips being figured out, or at least get ourselves monitored by cops and have slf being disrupted, or know big brother is watching us..

Well, to clarify, the HK police said that uploading them to a forum or w/e for illegal, and I doubt Interpol will get involved if someone uploads them because the countries are so different. But the pics are everywhere anyway, so it's not like it matters if it's uploaded here.

With the Interpol not having much success arresting lamborghini driving drug lords in the middle of Medelin city, and online pedo smut peddlers over the last 10 years, I'd really doubt that they want to get involved in arresting downloaders of these guy's studly exploits. Although we have already done an article on the Edison Chen photo scandal, there have been so many major developments in this story that I thought it was worth doing a quick follow-up (and I'm sure there will be more to come!). Note: due to the breaking nature of this news, I thought it would be a good idea to put the text up quickly; I will add photos and links later. I have gotten this information from the local Chinese newspapers.

First of all, it appears as though Edison Chen isn't the only guy in these photos; a few people who have examined the photos carefully have determined that there at least a few different penises in the photos released to date! Even more interestingly, the person who released the photos apparently has a lot more of them, which supposedly reveal some very important men in the Hong Kong film industry in some very compromising positions!

So this isn't really a story about one pretty boy star who has apparently incredible luck with the ladies; this actually involves many different men, and goes straight to the heart of the Hong Kong entertainment industry, and deeply involves some HK triad (mafia) bosses as well. The only reason the person who released these photos hasn't released all of them is because he is demanding millions of dollars in ransom money to withhold them. I suspect he won't live long enough to enjoy it though. ;-)

There have also been some very serious personal consequences for the people involved. They've each lost practically all of their advertising sponsorships, pending movie roles etc. It is also rumoured that (as it was his computer that these photos were taken from) Edison Chen is now a marked man - I guess we shall see if that actually comes to pass. Whatever the case, although many people have sympathy for the women involved, it seems no one has sympathy for Edison - he is probably the most hated man in Hong Kong right now.

Still, it seems that he - like all the other stars involved in this scandal - are really just puppets (or even victims) of the HK entertainment industry bosses, who it seems are behind the whole thing. When questioned by the police, Cecilia Cheung has revealed that she knowingly and willingly participated in these photos, but has refused to say any more. It seems increasingly likely that they were somehow coerced into having these photos taken, although until the rest of the photos are released, we can only speculate as to the exact nature of that coercion.

It also appears as though Cecilia's marriage to another Hong Kong idol is now on the rocks. They just had their first baby, but her husband is apparently quite conservative. Even worse, these photos were apparently taken while Cecilia was dating her husband! It has also become clear that these photos were taken on several different occasions over a period of months, so it wasn't due to just one night of drunkenness on the part of the people involved. This adds weight to the idea that these aren't just casual snaps - I suspect we will learn more very soon!

It seams that this is not over yet and there are many other people involved some of them dangerous and with high interests of showing those pics.

when he first enter the entertainment industry, his background as reckless and spoiled and untalented are well publicized, then later on a fight involving him and shawn yue brought more negative image about him.

What I don't understand is that, these people should be aware of those sensitive materials in their computers and should not have any people have chances to touch them. Does it cost much to store them on a DVD or other external media? I mean, if my porn-filled computer ever goes down, unless the tech is prepairing it with my presence without any sneaky connection from his stuff, I'd rather take the HDD out and see if any data can be accessed (as a regular storage drive) myself.
