When I lived in Taiwan, getting into private wretch albums became an obsession for me. I spent a lot of time trying to bypass passwords, but it's pretty secure. It seems like the only way people are getting in to leak the private albums is by guessing or stealing the password.

Well, it seems to me like someone probably did hack her locked galleries, so it means it is possible. Where else could the photos have come from?

Oh, I don't have any doubts that it is possible, but it's not as easy as hacking photobucket or how easy friendster used to be.

The images can't be fusked... they will filter your IP if you try.

Keep in mind that wretch is run by Yahoo-TW. like Yahoo, the security isn't perfect, but it's pretty solid. From what i've read on the chinese news sites, most of the wretch images that are stolen (and there have been some high profile incidents... TV idols and such), it is done by guessing the password, tricking the girl into giving you the password, or hijacking the account.

The security itself is pretty solid. The account's owner is the weak point. Phishing/hijacking seems to be the way that the images are leaked.

Well, I have seen a few dozen publicly leaked sets on the chinese boards, but I've never been able to work out the archive passwords, since my chinese is intermediate at best.

If there's a native chinese speaker that wants to PM me, we can probably start getting those leaks on here for everybody.

No offense, but I think you're being a bit naive. A great deal of what is posted in the Amateur Alley forum has been leaked without the permission of the filmed, or even filmed illegally to begin with.

Very, very little of the material posted here is done on the up-and-up. Not much is posted by current of former boyfriends. It's mostly all leaked stuff picked up from other places on the web.

Nothing illegal is being planned on these forums. The images and videos are already leaked all over Taiwanese message boards. I was merely suggesting that someone with Chinese language ability better than mine could help in sharing some of that material with this board.
