This thread is dedicated to a very sexy Hong Kong babe named Wai Lana, who is internationally known as a Top Yoga Master.

Sorry for the lil size of her pictures, but they came from her web site, and I've never been able to find any good HQ pics of her.

Not only is Wai Lana a sexy babe, but I have found over the past 7 to 8 years, that yoga is a fantastic lifestyle.

I've known about it for years, since its origins can be traced back some 5,000 years, but I've never paid much attention to it until my Lil Korean Dragon Lady came along.

She's very much into yoga itself, but also the food, supplements and even the clothing.

Slowly, over the years, I've gained more and more respect for the lifestyle.

I sorta thought of yoga as a female thing, although I've always liked EARTH Shoes, which was developed by a yoga master, Anne Kelso.

But once I started doin' the yoga poses, I realized how under-developed my flexibility and balance, was. I felt an almost immediate improvement with my other workout routines, especially weights, which had a direct relationship and positive impact... because of my yoga exercises.

Yoga definitely helped push my weightlifting, tennis, power walking and other sports training... to whole new levels. There's something about the increased balance and flexibility that does it.

As far as Wai Lana herself, she has been a yoga master with a full time television series and a thriving yoga business for around 20 years, but she is extremely private. I don't know her age, whether she's married and/or has children, almost nothing... and I've never been able to find much about her.

I do know that Wai Lana was the daughter of Chinese immigrants, grew up in Hong Kong and as a teenager came under the influence of Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa (aka Siddha), following him to India, where she took up yoga. During the early 80's she became a yoga instructor and built up a business, including a series of television shows, videotapes, and music CD's and DVD's to go with her lessons.

When we're hangin' out alone, my Lil Korean Dragon Lady will do Wai Lana's yoga poses... In the nude, of course, with Wai's music and voice instruction playin' in the background.

Wai's voice is so smooth and soothin' on her CD's... I don't know if I should get horny watchin' my Lil Korean Dragon Lady posing... Or fall asleep to Wai's voice(?).

Although, I usually get both done...
