This kinky outfit in these pictures, is actually more 'real' in terms of wild clothes for a bold girl than might seem. The idea with this kind of plastic wrap skirt and top, is that a girl would wear these kinds of things outside with underwear, which Mei Qi Er isn't wearing here.

If she was wearing some underpants - perhaps colour co-ordinated with the plastic, or contrasting with it - and a narrow bra band taped to cover her nipples, Mei in her high heels would be ready for a party in this outfit.
