Nice post with good quality picture. As far as i can tell all westscan picture are all hi-res.

But she look bit young how old is she?

Yeah she does look younger. Found her profile but it's in French. I she guess turns 19 this month. I don't know when this photobook was done. Oh and she's also a member of an all girls J-pop group called Bishojo Club 21.
