I agree with malau about javtalk. That's how I found out about this site. For non-JAV i would recommend two sites. I visit them everyday.
www.freeones.com and www.anothersite.co.uk/forum/index.php These are picture and video forums with hundreds of new posts a day. For porn stars there are two indispensible sites. They are www.iafd.com which is the internet adult film database and www.adultdvdtalk.com/forum/ for all the latest on your favorite adult film star (non-JAV) by industry insiders and SFBs (slavering fan boys). Fascinating stuff. FYI, these are all free sites but you need to register for the first two to get complete access.

those sites are cool but freeones, sometimes the website that it links to has photos and when you click on it there is a script that takes over your browser and places a spyware on your computer just be careful when clicking images or videos all in all i surf freeones often... :)

Aside from javtalk, which is a good site especially for torrents, I can't really recommend any other site. Like mike said, a lot of those sites download spywares and dangerous stuff if you're not careful. And a lot of Japanese sites make you dizzy by making you click and another website pops up and you click and...well, you get the picture.
