I live in vancouver, a city that is increasingly populated by koreans and chinese. From my experience, koreans have relatively smaller eyes and 80% of them share the same hair style.

In general, taiwanese people are hottest (both girls and guys). Then there's the typical fob (or hong konger) with short spiky hair and thick frame glasses that are just fugly.

Mandarin is definitely not spoken exclusively anywhere in Taiwan. Everyone can speak it, but probably around 95% of Taiwanese people or more can speak Taiwanese as well.
