Is it possible to edit them ?

I wanted to re-edit an old post dating to 7/7/06 in the original smoking thread to add the models names. However the EDIT button is not there.

If the thread is closed, then only mods can edit it...

As long as it's an old thread (no matter it's closed or not closed), the edit button would gone once the time limit is reached. So if one wants to edit one's own message, he/she would have to do it quickly before the edit button vanished.

As for Malau case, I guess the smoking thread must be an old thread (since he mentioned the date and the word "original"). Reopen the old thread would not be an option. There's no other way to edit an old thread except for mod's intervention.

OK, that's that answered then.

The thread is most definitely long closed as it exceeded 500 posts.

It sounded like ryuuga was just saying staff would have to do it, not that it can't happen. Just give them the links and info for the threads and they can do it.

That's the impression I got, not that it's impossible PERIOD.

Yes, I understood, it's just that it isn't worth their time just to add 5 names to a post when the names are in the filename anyway.
