Yes, mine is awesome. The Japanese women married to friends are awesome too. I've travelled the world and the many are the sweetest women you will ever meet. Like everywhere there are bad ones and psychos too. They are not hard to spot and are the ones you avoid.

True. Dating a foreigner is much harder than dating someone from your own culture, and it is almost impossible if there is a language barrier. Many people anywhere only date people from their own culture and doing any differently just doesn't occur to them. At least with racism in Japan they don't put you down, but put you to the side.

The English teaching industry there is going through rough times so it's hard to believe.

I thought Japanese citizenship was very hard to get (one guy described how they checked his fridge to make sure he was eating Japanese foods), but it looks like they have eased up a lot. If you apply, you'll probably get it.

According to the Nationality Law, a foreigner seeking Japanese nationality must have permission from the justice minister. He or she can become a naturalized citizen after clearing several conditions, including being at least 20 years old, residency in Japan for at least five consecutive years (ed: may be only three if married to Japanese), a history of "upright conduct," and no plans to join groups interested in overthrowing the Constitution or the government.

I've heard of some ridiculous hoops immigration has made people jump through so if they saw his posts, he may be rejected on the "upright conduct" clause.

Also he may be staying there on a previously issued spouse visa:

Quote:
Foreigners, who are married to a Japanese national or to a permanent resident of Japan (see below), can obtain a spouse visa, which allows them to engage in any paid activity in Japan. Residence permission is granted in periods of 1 or 3 years and is extendable. From July 9, 2012, spouse visas with periods of 6 months and 5 years will also be issued.

I originally skirted around this thread for a while due to the shear volatility I saw coming out of it at first but I think I'll toss my 2 cents into the equation.

Japanese women are not easy as a collective. You see, in my definition to be easy you have to get sex with the woman expecting nothing in return. From that point of view I see nothing easy about them. Yes I have gone out with a few of them that were nympho's but they were closet ones in that you had to earn their trust and they had to feel you were worth something or they would get something out of it in return be it emotional connection, monetary gain (aka going out, having a good time, etc and no I don't mean escorts) or something else aka marriage. Even the girls in the industry are getting something out of it being a paycheck.

Honestly, the easiest country I have been too would by far hands down be the Philippines. Most of the girls are unfortunately gullible and hope that dropping their panties and getting pregnant by the guy will lock him into a relationship and get them out of there. Western men pretty much prowl on this as well, so much so that they had to change their prostitution laws to include any women even over the age of 18 to exchange money for sex or be lured into a devious act to count as sex with a minor which could lead to life in prison. Sad part is, it hasn't slowed it down a bit and in reality the issue just got worse.

Now on to Azn's post, that Video wasn't bad for an Amateur one, might have to ask for more links

I'm dating my first Japanese girl right now. She is very nice, calm, and very passionate. I think from my experience with other Asian girls they are all like that once they trust you.

I don't think they are easy to just pick up in a bar and fuck, unless they're sluts and that's all they want. If you want a nice one as a girlfriend then you will be lucky because once they trust you (fall for you) then they will act devoted, passionate and will try almost anything with you.

It all comes down to one word "TRUST". That usually takes time, whether dating for one month, two months it'll all depend on your personality and hers. So, are Japanese girls easy, I don't know about in Japan since I haven't been there yet, but the one that came here and I'm dating is definitely not "easy" in terms of just sex.

Good luck!

p.s. I am planning on going to Japan this summer though.
