I just did a search, and if you have Windows XP, you can try this site: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/ogg.htm.

That goes for mfun5046 and others with problems with the file format. However, I will warn about changing registry settings unless you are experienced and know what you are doing.

Can anyone reseed this? Apparently hell just froze over... bunch of people stuck at 66.2 with no seeds in sight.

I actually had this one sitting on my hard disk despite never getting it working. I'll reseed it for a little while for those few of you I see sitting on 87.8%. My upload is slow though.
