Well this dreaded bill was killed via filibuster. But we still have CISPA and others to worry about. I think there were 4 proposed cyber-security bills Congress was considering.

Seems they don't learn in Washington... supposedly there are rumours and talk that Obama is considering using an Executive Order to push many provisions of the recently failed Cyber-Security bill and force them into law.
