Whether or not someone's intentions are cruel or benign,there is always someone who will exploit peoples' exhibitionist or voyeuristic tendencies,facebook is making billions $ off this. The internet is a risky business,hanging around it long enough is the same as standing on the street at 2 in the morning,nothing good will happen. People give out the intimate details of their personal lives on facebook,then get offended when someone takes advantage of it,it would be the same as me walking through Harlem yelling free George Zimmerman,I have every right to do so,but I should not be surprised if someone "stands their ground" all over my face

everyone has the free will to take pictures of themself however they see fit .. but if the bf exposed her then its the bf who did the "crime" . he has no right w/o permission to post the pictures to public .

You are correct, to a degree. (Please read P.S., below.)

All women out there, and probably everyone for that matter, if they ever indulge in pornographic fun (Which I obviously have no problem with.), you must control access and storage of those images.

In this case, since we found some more images of her in here (Also deleted.), it looks at this point that somehow someone got into her computer within the past 6 years (Since that's how old the images are.)... and stole them.

Interesting how the members posting her, often live near her. She now has their physical addresses and email accounts so she can figure out who's at fault.

Yes members, whenever you do something stupid in here, in most cases, we can find out who and where you are. You may wish to consider this.

P.S. ruyly, since you live right on top of another member who also posted her images, I'm figuring your opinion is probably tainted to some degree.

Well stated. This doesn't take away all responsibility, but when images are posted without permission, then much of the responsibility changes position.

This is very important with amateur-based material. Professionals are totally a different aspect.

Who took the pictures ? Did she take them herself ? Or were they taken by the 3rd party ?
If they were taken by the 3rd party then the 3rd party holds 'copyright' ?

We're not quite sure what exactly happened, but pics were taken by an ex-bf. No 3rd party, no copyrights. Some kinky porno fun returned to haunt many years later. I believe she has learned her lesson the hard way.

This is one reason why I'm nebulous when it comes to ex-gf and ex-wife porn, if it's real. It's one thing if the ex approves, it's another if you know they'll be extremely distraught, especially if they've moved on to a family and such, who are totally innocent.

If you post pictures of an ex and you know it would hurt them, you're trying to show off at another's expense. Not exactly gentlemanly.

OK, this young lady and I have cleaned out all of her pics at this point.
