For those of you who don't know who Max Hardcore is, he's a vile piece of garbage who started the trend toward abusive porn in the U.S. and I am not sorry to see him get nailed.

ALTADENA - A longtime adult film actor and producer from Altadena was sentenced Friday to 46 months in prison stemming from an obscenity conviction linked to the man's adult entertainment company, officials said.

Paul F. Little, 50 - who is no relation to the former Pasadena councilman of the same name - was convicted in in June of using his company, MaxWorld Entertainment Inc., to distribute obscene films by mail to an address in Tampa, Fla.

Little came under local scrutiny in 1994 when he moved to his three-story, four-bedroom home and began renting it out to adult film companies.

When neighbors objected to the use of the house for such purposes, Little produced a filming permit, acquired for $315, and no illegal activity at that time was discovered, according to a Star-News report.

"He is internationally well-known, but it certainly is not someone we are happy to have Altadena known for," said Steven Lamb, an Altadena resident and former Town Council member who met Little twice. "We certainly don't want this town known for producing the most disgusting forms of pornography."

In his films, Little is shown engaging in violent and extreme sexual acts with female performers, according to officials.

During his trial at a U.S. District Court in Florida, Little was also convicted of transmitting five obscene video clips over the Internet. Each clip was a promotional trailer of a full-length feature film available through Max World Entertainment, according to a statement released by the Department of Justice.

In addition to his sentence, Little was also ordered to serve three years of supervised release following his prison sentence. He must pay a $7,500 fine and must forfeit the films named in the indictment as well as all gross profits from the films' distribution and the Internet domain names Little used for his business - including maxhardcore.com and catalinaxxx.com

It was unclear Friday whether Little's Altadena home would be seized as part of the sentence.

Little's adult entertainment company was also fined $7,500 and ordered to serve five years of probation.

Little and Max World were indicted in May 2007 on five counts of transporting obscene matter using an interactive computer service and five counts of mailing obscene matter, prosecutors said.

The investigation of this case was conducted by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the FBI. The case was prosecuted by trial attorneys Edward McAndrew, LisaMarie Freitas and Jennifer Leonardo of the Criminal Division's Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, with the assistance of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida.

His big mistake was dealing with Florida. Florida scares me.

He seems like a gross, messed up guy that makes disgusting, abusive porn, but at the same time, he's not forcing the girls in his videos. They're in on it too- for the $$$.

Max is a piece of shit but all the girls signed a release and knew full well what was in store for the shoot. Censorship is a slippery slope and even Max deserves the right of freedom of expression. The first amendment is not there to protect popular opinion, it's to protect the ideas that shake up a society.

Obscenity has always been a matter of community standards and apparently Tampa, home of some of the nastiest and funnest strip clubs I have ever been in has high standards

If I can have some form of sex with the dancers in three out of three clubs on a Wednesday night, high standards are a joke

I have seen his films
They are poorly acted, produced and performed
It is obviously fake
Disgusting by most standards but fake

No poor choice of wording on my part. I'm saying if the girl started to cry like Maria did in her anal vid, he wouldn't back off, he'd just become even more abusive.
