It depends on your level of language really. If you're able to speak it without much effort and or who you know.

From my own experience, it's all about who you know and which one you go too. It also has to do with where you're from, as when myself and 3 buddies went into one back in 2005 all of us were allowed into the building. They are VERY big about military trying to go in and will not allow it one bit. As just a few months before that I know a few buddies of mine off base tried and they basically had a few mean bouncers "escort" them to the local corner.

Now with my own personal visit, I went with 2 natural born Japanese, both of which I went to school with here in the states and went to visit them. I also have a token citizenship with Germany so I showed my German ID before they saw my US passport and told them I live in the US now, but am from Germany (Total lie btw). So they didn't have a problem with me.

As for the overall, I was expecting a half ass massage with a poor excuse of rub down. In reality, she gave a damn good massage and I was expecting the usual "Happy ending" well there was nothing usual about what I got
