Okay I'm pretty sure however misguided and wrong. That this may have been an attempt to show the DOJ's critics they didn't need SOPA/PIPA to persecute us.

But the people on top (the democrats) are clearly doing this to suck up to Hollywood and get more money for 2012 election season.
